Funds collaborative land management partnerships and entities ready to implement portfolios of multi-benefit projects across a landscape, rather than single-agency projects.
Priority goes to projects that leverage funding from multiple sources, build regional capacity to deliver future resilience projects, and reflect broad stakeholder engagement including meaningful tribal participation.
The District is too small to lead one of these, but it is a natural contributor to a North County portfolio assembled by the Resource Conservation District of Greater San Diego County. See card 40.
